Ballymena river search ended
The search operation on the river Maine in Ballymena has now ended.
It followed reports that a male may have entered the water in the vicinity of Galgorm Road yesterday evening (Friday, April 20).
Following police enquiries, it can be confirmed that it is not believed that anyone had entered the water.
Police would like to thank members of the public for their help and assistance during the operation.
The incident is now closed.
