Be part of a unique Olympic celebration at The Braid

THE Braid will be the setting on Wednesday evening, March 28, for the unveiling of a unique piece of art which will form part of parliament’s Cultural Olympic celebration.

Students from all of the post primary schools in the borough are currently playing a part in its creation helped by the Creative Peace Mural society from Canada.

They are working with local students to produce a 15’ x 7’ textile mural which will have the Olympic values and themes as its inspiration.
