Molly Taylor, who has battled Medulloblastoma - a type of brain tumour, finally realised her long-term dream at one of their Belfast Concerts, meeting Harry, Louis, Liam and, her personal favourite, Niall Horan.

Molly was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma last year and after a long 18 months’ of operations, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and stem cell replacement, she was given the all clear by doctors last month.

After everything Molly had been through, her family had desperately tried earlier this year to get tickets for her to see her absolute idols - One Direction - when they discovered the band were playing Belfast in October, but with no luck.

However, a family friend, Philip Johnston stepped in and worked with a radio station to secure tickets for Molly, her mum Lisa and sister Ellie to see them in concert.

He also set up ‘Please help Molly meet one direction in Belfast Oct 2015’ on facebook and the campaign went viral.

And, on Thursday night, Molly and members of her family were taken by limo to the SSE Arena where Niall, Harry, Louis and Liam were waiting to meet her.

They happily posed with her for photographs and ensured Molly was treated like a VIP throughout the evening.

On stage, the boys even dedicated their song, ‘Girl Almighty’ to her while hundreds of fans held up signs stating, ‘Molly is our Girl Almighty’.
