Burglary at building site
Police are investigating a burglary at a building site in the Leighinmohr Crescent area of Ballymena.
A hut was broken into sometime between 5pm on Thursday, May 14, and 7.45am on Friday, May 15, and two fire extinguishers were taken and set off in the premises. They were later recovered within the building site grounds.
Detective Chief Inspector James Mullen has appealed to anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area or who knows anything about this incident to contact detectives in Ballymena Police Station on the non emergency number 101.
