Car driven over woman's foot at Sunday market

Police are appealing for information after a driver ran over a woman's foot at Nutt's Corner Sunday Market.

Police are investigating the incident at Nutt's Corner Sunday Market. INNT 47-812CON

Detailing the incident, a PSNI spokesperson said: “On Sunday, November 13 at around midday, a male was at a burger van at Nutt’s Corner Market.

“The two ladies who run the van subsequently followed him to his car to speak with him. However, the female driver drove off over the foot of one of the ladies. The car is described as a long green people carrier, possibly a Nissan.

“Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident or can provide any information. Please call 101 and quote serial number 834 of 13/11/16 or if you prefer, contact Crimestoppers on 0800 111 555.”
