Church of God anniversary celebrations

IT is nearly 20 years since the Church of God opened its doors in Ballymena and members are planning a number of special events to mark this memorable milestone.

At morning service (11.30am) on Sunday, May 19, The Cunningham Family Singers will be ministering in song.

North Belfast native, Alan Cunningham and his American wife, Ginger have been singing together for many years and are now based in the States.

At the beginning of 2013 they launched ‘The Cunningham Family Singers’ as part of NSKM’s overall ministry and the youngsters have worked very hard and sing with mom and dad. They also sing a selection of songs together. Alan and Ginger sing several duets as well as individual solo pieces.

Then on Saturday, May 25, the first in a series of Car Boot Sales will take place. These will be held on the third Saturday of each month through to September between 11am until 1pm.

A special meeting to mark the anniversary will be held on Wednesday, June 19, when Pastor E.J Taylor of Ballymoney Church of God will be the speaker.
