Condolence to Higgins family
A LETTER of sympathy is to be sent by Ballymena Borough Council to the family of Alex 'Hurricane' Higgins on his recent passing.
The proposal to send the correspondence was made by Cllr Beth Adger at last Monday night’s monthly council meeting at which it was supported by her colleagues.
