Ballymena police recovered cannabis with an estimated street value of £40,000 following an operation in the area on Thursday.
A 46 year old man was also arrested and has been charged with possession of class B drugs and possession of class B drugs with intent to supply.
Chief Inspector Stephen McCauley said: “The cannabis is thought be of the “skunk” variety. It is worth noting that while all illegal drugs are dangerous, “skunk” can be particularly dangerous because its use can increase the likelihood of a psychotic episode.
“The find comes during Operation Torus, aimed at street level drug dealers.
“I would ask that anyone in the community who has any information or concerns about drug supply in their community contacts police on the non-emergency number 101 or via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
