Councillors welcome Community Centre refurbishment
DUP Councillors Paul Frew, Hubert Nicholl and Beth Adger have welcomed the proposed council investment on the refurbishment of Kells & Connor Community Centre.
“This is good news for the community,” said Mr Frew, adding: Kells & Connor Community Centre was built in 1991 and general maintenance had been carried out on the building as required over the last 22 years, however, the building has deteriorated in recent years and now requires major works to repair and extend its useful life.”
