The purpose of the policy is to support Northern Trust staff who experience domestic abuse, and to advise staff and managers on how to respond to staff who are alleged or confirmed perpetrators of domestic violence.

Safe Place is an initiative offering information on the wide range of services available to all victims of domestic violence.
