P0LICE have confirmed that they are not treating the death of a man found close to Ecos centre last week as suspicious.
The body of the man, named locally as Dominic McGuigan was discovered on wasteground close to the Ecos centre last Thursday night.
Detectives sealed off the area, while a series of searches were carried out. The results of a Post Mortem carried out at the weekend, have not yet been revealed.
Speaking on Monday, a police spokesman said the death of the man in his late 40's was not being treated as suspicious. It is believed that Mr McGuigan was from the Fisherwick area of Ballymena.l Saturday.
