At their November monthly meeting, last Monday night, councillors were informed of an ‘underspend’, with Council having allocated to-date £340k of the £400k budget for 2015/16 through the two previous calls of the scheme, leaving £60k.

Councillors went on to agree, on the proposal of Deputy Mayor Cr Timothy Gaston, seconded by Cr Beth Clyde, an officer recommendation that, in a bid to meet Council’s strategic objectives of supporting communities, the ‘underspend’ would be made available through re-opening of the scheme from November 9-27.
