The Fitz gives NRC trainee chef opportunity to feature on menu

OVER 60 catering students from Northern Regional College have been invited to enter The Fitzwilliam Hotel’s afternoon tea competition which will see one promising chef have their dessert or pastry featured on the menu and enjoyed by visitors of the hotel.

Champagne Afternoon Tea is one of the most triumphant dining offerings at the luxurious Fitzwilliam and by working closely with Paula McIntyre, local food connoisseur and chef lecturer at Northern Regional College, The Fitz has opened up this unique opportunity.
