Good news for Chichester residents
News that the Housing Executive is to completely re-roof the three blocks of apartments at Chichester Park East in Ballymena has been welcomed by local DUP Assemblyman, Paul Frew.
He said: “ I have been working with residents for a number of years now on this issue. It has taken a long time but we have finally secured an agreement that the local Executive will submit a brief recommending the replacement of the roofs and hopefully commit funding to totally re- roof the three blocks next year.
“It means residents only have to spend one more winter in the current set up,” said Mr. Frew who has pledged to continue supporting local residents with housing issues.
