Info. sought on pick-up truck

POLICE are appealing for information about a black BT50 Mazda pick-up truck which is believed to have been stolen during a burglary in the Moorfields Road area on Friday, July 27.

The appeal follows the recovery of the truck from Millbrook, Larne, on Wednesday afternoon (August 1).

It is believed to have been stolen along with a quad during a burglary at residential premises at Moorfields Road.

Enquiries are continuing and police have appealed to anyone who saw the pickup truck between Friday, July 27, and Wednesday, August 1, to contact them on 0845 600 8000. Information can also be passed anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
