Information sought about collision

Local police are appealing for information after a road traffic collision in the Antrim Road area of Ballymena on Monday evening.

Officers believe that a VW Caddy van, that was parked next to a filling station, was hit by another vehicle which failed to stop after the incident.

The collision is believed to have happened just before 11pm on the evening and may have been witnessed by two people who called into a nearby shop shortly afterwards.

Police would like these individuals, or indeed anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact them.
