Launch of day time fellowship meeting at Ballykeel Church

The meeting, to be addressed by Rev Martin McNeely, will be the first of several day time meetings which have been planned to run every second and fourth Thursday in the month until May 2014.

Each event will start with a cup of tea, time of praise and a devotional word from different speakers.

Rev McNeely, who has been minister in Ballykeel for six years, says “We normally meet on a Thursday evening, and although numbers have been steady, it has become more apparent that dark winter nights do not encourage as many folk to come along. During the day time however, there are more opportunities for people to meet.

“We will continue to meet on the first and third Thursday at 8pm for prayer and study. But we now have the opportunity to serve the many people about Ballykeel during the day.”
