LISNMAURRICAN YFC members and committee would like to thank all friends, family and sponsors for all of the support given over the last year and for those helping in any way.

Thanks must go to those who attended the annual parents night and they hope you all had a great night helping see in the new committee.

The club would like to thank the committee for the hard work over the last year and wish the new office bearers all the best in there new posts for the year 2013/2014.

The club would also like to thank there VPS for all of their support.

Club PRO David Millar won the efficiency competition after 2 interviews and assessments and was placed 1st as the top PRO in county Antrim 2013. This is a major success for the club and David and also shows that all the hard work has paid off, and been recorded throughout the year. The file was highly recommended to other clubs by the judges for an outstanding record of information.

Club members and committee would also like to thank every one who attended there annual church service which was held on Sunday, April 14 in Glenwharry Church. Money raised form the service is going to be divide between the charities LIFT AND SIM which have been the clubs charity for the last year.

Club members will be taken part in the Belfast marathon on may day to raise funds for the club, this will be good fun and all support will be appreciated.

The club would also like to invite you to their annual sports night which will take place on Friday, May 10 in Ballymena rugby club. This is always an excellent night and was superb last year thanks to your support.

The night will kick off at 7pm at the rugby club.

For YFCU members there will be over and under 18 boys and girls football, along side tug of war.

There will be various challenges for children and digger challenges for the older ones.

It is a great nights banter with warm food and tuck available.

Entrance is £1. Disco to follow in the rugby club, for over 18s, with a further entry charge.

Finally the club would like to wish Stacey Millar all the best who is through to the final of the YFCU floral art competition who will complete this on the Thursday of Balmoral.
