Man jailed for theft
A BALLYMENA man has been jailed for two months on theft charges.
Colin Francis Knowles (37), who is currently serving a sentence at HMP Maghaberry, admitted two theft-related charges when he appeared at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
Knowles admitted stealing a candle valued at 2.99 and going equipped for theft with a foil-lined bag. The offences took place on November 6.
