Public thanked as sale raises almost £2,500 for Macmillan

THE family and friends of the late Carolyn Brown (CB), would like to say a huge thanks to all those people who helped support CB’s Charity Sale, held in Broughshance Community Centre on July 7.

Together you helped raise nearly £2,500 for Macmillan Cancer Support and the organisers would like to thank all who helped make the day such a success.

So if you took time to bake cakes, donated items for sale, took part in the fashion show, came to sample the beautiful strawberry teas, were there to get a bargain or helped out in any way, please accept this as a token of their appreciation.

If you would like to help honour CB’s memory why not come along to CB’s Charity Disco on Friday, August 24, at The BIG House, Ballymena (9pm to 1am), with music by “The Jukebox Jurors”.
