Working in local communities for the past 8 years and with a committed workforce and very willing volunteers, CFL continue to respond to the needs of the community. Diversification, Inspiration and dedication are the essential attributes which have seen CFL grow from strength to strength says Finance Director Sandra Millar.

Sandra added: "CFL started out eight years ago with three volunteers, and today three fulltime workers are in place and the numbers of volunteers continue to grow. Supporting local communities, and working with voluntary-community and statutory bodies have highlighted how important it is to take a holistic/multi-agency approach to learning and capacity building.

"With vision, and the knowledge that ‘one size fits all’ approach is a myth CFL have proved that supporting individuals is key to success."
