Pure Gym helps you feel good inside and out

It’s a hive of activity both day and night, and its super friendly atmosphere makes it appealing to all ages and fitness levels.

The gym consists of a cardiovascular section complete with televisions and cooling fans whilst the weight machines are all together making your workout fast and simple. They have a piece of equipment for every body part, so whether you are a cardio lover or a weight lifter or a bit of both, Pure Gym has it covered.

The gym has men and women shower rooms and provide towels, showergel, shampoo and hair dryers

Pure gym is spotlessly clean and tidy at all times, their members would agree.

Managing Pure is Estelle Wallace, who has nine years fitness experience and has gained a number of qualifications such as O.C.R Exercise to Music, O.C.R Pulates, step aerobics, B.S.Y personal training diploma, O.C.R level two gym, Groove FX dance award, Pilates fitball and her most recent active IQ level 3 gym and fitness knowledge.

Estelle uses all her knowledge to train her clients and in return they gain a more toned and fit body, at present she trains 25 clients and has a waiting list, but working alongside Estelle is trainer Gary Thompson who is a keen runner and his passion for fitness shines through.

Gary is a valued member of staff and his gentle nature makes him a true hit with their members and his clients.

Pure Gym consists of very dependable people who have been chosen for their skills and personalities but what makes them complete as a team is that christianity is the first and foremost important factor, which in turn enables them to offer you a gym that cares you inside and out.

So if you would like to come and see what they have to offer please call into Pure on Saturday, March 27 between 12.30pm and 4pm and the team will show you around. Also on that day they are holding a Pure strongest man contest and the guys have been training hard so if you want to come and watch or just want to call and visit, they will be very pleased to see you.
