Salvation Army thanks for Family Appeal

Members of the Ballymena Corps of the Salvation Army have extended thanks to everyone who contributed to their annual Christmas Family Appeal, which was run in partnership with St. Vincent De Paul.

manager of the local Salvation Army shop, Doreen Armstrong, said: “We reached around 400 children in Ballymena area with new toys, many generously donated by the public. We would like to thank all churches, organizations, local businesses, and the general public for their continued support for such a worthwhile cause. Once again, we found it a privilege to work with SVP”.
