Shopping card will reward local customers

Launching on Monday, March 21, the initiative is being delivered by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council in partnership with local businesses through the Antrim Town Team, made up of town centre representatives.

The Town Card will see Antrim’s great mix of independent shops roll out the welcome mat to customers this spring.

By showing your Town Card in participating outlets, shoppers will be able to avail of more offers and savings (all offers are subject to availability and each retailer’s Terms and Conditions).

Deputy Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor John Blair said: “The traders in Antrim are pulling out all the stops to make the town one of the most welcoming shopper experiences in Northern Ireland.

“With great places to eat, shop and visit, there’s now even more on offer in Antrim.”

Cllr. Blair added: “I would like to extend an invitation to shoppers to come to Antrim and enjoy all that the town has to offer.

“They will find personalised, friendly customer service and a range of high quality goods available to purchase in a leisurely and pleasant atmosphere. With the addition of our fantastic new Town Card, customers will now have an even better experience when shopping locally.”

Antrim Town Cards can be collected from The Old Courthouse in Market Square from Monday, March 21.
