St Patrick’s student takes delivery of life-saving device

A spokesperson for St Patrick’s stated that Shealyn’s family identified the College as a worthy recipient for the device, adding: “While it is everyone’s hope that the defibrillator will never be needed we can rest assured that if an emergency does happen, then the device will be in situ, which will give everyone important peace of mind if the situation arises. The device is suitable for use on children over the age of 11 and, of course, adults and staff will be provided with full training in its use”.
