Moore Concrete designed a high specification concrete mix for this project. This offered increased strength and durability, high resistance to acid attack and a lighter colour.
Brian Curtis, Chairman of the Concrete Society spoke highly of the precast industry within Northern Ireland.
He said: “Precast companies within Northern Ireland are continuing to enjoy success throughout the UK by providing high quality units alongside exceptional service.
“Moore Concrete are a prime example of this success. In recent years the company has developed relationships with key contractors throughout the UK and have been involved in major infrastructure projects.
“These projects have demanded many exciting but challenging precast units and Moore Concrete have excelled. I hope that this continues and I look forward to seeing what is next.”
