Galgorm Roadflat fire was arson - police

Officers received a report of a fire at the premises shortly before 6.40pm.

There was no-one in the flat at the time but the premises sustained substantial smoke and fire damage.

Police are asking anyone who has any information in relation to this incident, or who saw anything suspicious in the Galgorm Road area at the time, to contact them in Ballymena on 0845 600 8000.
