Section of Doagh road closed for NI Water works

Motorists are advised that a section of the B59 Ballymena Road in Doagh is closed for works.

The lane closure, which commenced at 9.30am today (Tuesday, October 20), is operating from a point 300m from Holestone Road. A 30-40m lane closure is required.

A Department for Infrastructure (DfI) spokesperson said: “The closure is required off-peak for a full service water connection. Traffic control using traffic lights will be in place.”

The work is being carried out by a NI Water contractor.
