Triplets’ triple treat!

IT was literally ‘Party, Party, Party’ on Saturday night for Ballymena triplets, Craig, Tara and Tanya Gilmore as they celebrated their simultaneous 40th birthdays.

The trio were born to Harryville husband and wife, Erwin and Margaret Gilmore on October 25, 1971, and attended Ballykeel Primary and then Ballee High School.

Tara now lives in Portrush with children Johnathon, Melissa, Kurtis, Ryan and Kyle, and Tanya lives in Cloughmills with husband, Gary Walker.

Craig, who has been married for 20 years to Sharon, has two children, Montel and Sarah-Jane who organised Saturday night’s birthday party at Tullyglass for their dad, his sisters, parents, family, friends and clients of Craig who owns chillipeppertattoos in Cullybackey.

As well as organising a spectacular tattoo-themed cake for her dad, Sarah-Jane (18) handcrafted all the invitations, table plans, place cards etc herself.Craig thanked both his children for all their hard work and everyone who turned up on the night to join in their special celebration.

He was also thrilled to receive a gift marking the occasion from renowned tattooist and artist, Dawnii.Back in June, Craig won the Best Old Skool Tattoo Artist in Northern Ireland title with a Dawnii design and to mark his birthday the lady herself sent him her original pencil drawing of that design and two personal sketch books.
