The Honourable Judge Joseph Woodruff, a circuit judge for the state of Tennessee USA, is pictured along with his wife Beth and daughter Caroline, at a special reception with the Mayor of Ballymena, Cllr. Audrey Wales. Judge Woodruff is over with his family as his daughter is getting married to Peter Hodkinson (pictured far right), from Ballymena but now lives in New York, for a special gathering to celebrate the upcoming nuptials which will take place in Tennessee. Included are Peter's parents Stephen and Fiona Hodkinson, and local solicitor Joe Donnolly (friend of Judge Woodruff).
