Video: Triangle Twelfth celebrations in Ahoghill

Ahoghill played host to the Triangle Twelfth parade on Friday.

With 16 lodges taking part, there was an impressive range of music, from flutes and bagpipes to accordions and lambegs.

Spectators lined the streets long before the main parade started, enjoying watching lodges and bands parade to the starting point on the Galgorm Road.

The throng thickened as the main parade started, proceeding along the Portglenone line, Glebe Road, Church Street, through the Diamond area to the Village Playing Fields on the Cullybackey Road.

We captured some of the bands and Lodges as they marched through the village.

See this week’s Ballymena Times for a great selection of pictures from this year’s Twelfth parades in the area.
