Win a monitor for your oil tank

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council has launched a competition for residents to win a free energy monitor for their Home Heating oil tank.

The monitor tells you how much oil is left in your oil tank and the number of days to empty so you won’t run out again; and it also has a built in Fuel Theft alarm.

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council has three monitors, one for a resident in each of the three areas of Ballymena, Carrickfergus and Larne.

Having your boiler serviced regularly can keep it operating at its most efficient, helping to reduce fuel bills and saving you money on those unexpected breakdowns.

Check your radiators for cold spots and bleed with a radiator key.

It is recommended that your boiler is serviced at least once a year.
