Woman (70) dies in Galgorm Road accident
Police have confirmed that a 70 year old female pedestrian was knocked down and killed on the Galgorm Road, Ballymena on Friday night.
It is understoood the women was walking her dog at about 9pm when she was struck by a vehicle, believed to be a taxi.
We believe the dog was also killed in the tragic accident.
