Ronan Campbell recently won the gold medal to become the new Under 14 Ulster Clubs Champion in the 200 metres.

All-rounder Ronan also won silver in the 80m and shot putt, and qualified for the All Ireland Finals in the three disciplines.

The meeting was held at the Mary Peters Track in Belfast.

Ronan’s success follows on from that of fellow Slemish Colege pupil Lauren Roy who recently became the fastest sprinter in Ireland in her age group.
