Ballymena Towers League prize night

MINNESOTA Eight-Ballers were the biggest winners as the curtain came down on the Ballymena Towers Pool League on Friday night.

The Cullybackey Road side had earlier in the week clinched back-to-back league titles after defeating Fairhill Hustlers 6-0 in their final match.

That gave Sota an unassailable three point lead over Inn-Offs at the top of the table, meaning the William Street side didn't complete their unfinished game against Fairhill, as the title was out of reach.

Premier Division: winners - Minnesota Eight-Ballers; runners-up - Inn-Offs.
