Jordan Hassan scored from 18 yards to start the comeback only for Ridgeway to score again.

A superb free kick from Matthew Logan was the spur for some late pressure, but United could not find the equaliser.

Greenisland 2, United 2: Against crack outfit Greenisland on Saturday the 12's were unlucky not to get the win.

Ballymena starting dominating the game through Michael Hagan and Josh Corry and it was Corry who doubled the lead when with his back to goal six yards out did two keep ups and then fired an overhead kick into the net but slack defending allowed Sunnyside to reduce the deficit.

Ballymena continued to dominate and scored a third when Benji Agnew noticed the keeper off his line and chipped him from the right side line.

An Agnew cross was then superbly headed in for his first goal for Ballymena by Matthew Armstrong and a Benji Agnew free kick was turned in for number five.

Rock and Hagan hit a post before Sunnyside got a consolation second goal.
