Boxing Day sporting action at Academy
BALLYMENA Academy is gearing itself up for a bumper day of sporting action this Boxing Day.
The school’s Old Pupils’ Association is hosting rugby and hockey matches at the school on Monday.
The hockey match features past pupils against the school’s 1st XI while the rugby features an Under 23 Past Pupils side against an Over 23 past Pupils side.
Both games begin at 10am with post-match refreshments in the DB Jago Sixth Form Centre afterwards.
