Cambridge House rugby match falls victim to overnight rain
Cambridge House First XV's Danske Bank Schools' Trophy quarter-final match scheduled for today (Friday, 1pm) has been postponed.
John Nicholl’s side had been due to play Stabane Grammar at home in the opening round of the subsidiary competition, after the Ballymena boys had bowed out of the main Schools’ Cup earlier this month.
However, the Galgorm Road pitch failed an early morning inspection, following heavy overnight rain.
The fixture has provisionally been rearranged for next Saturday, January 29.
