Conor in fine form in 10k event on north coast
Fit N Running athlete Conor Shiels was in fine form on Thursday evening as he claimed 6th place at the North Coast 10k in Portrush.
This superbly well organized event was one with a difference as it incorporated a long run along the East Strand beach.
It was never going to be a fast course due to the sand and undulating course. Conor however coped well and crossed the line in 38mins 7secs. There was an overall entry of 177 runners.
