County Antrim pairs event launched

Entries are now being taken for the annual County Antrim Open Pairs short mat tournament.

The competition, which will be played at the Jim Baker Stadium, has again been sponsored by NFU Mutual and Baird’s Funeral Services.

The tournament begins tonight (Tuesday) and qualifying nights continue until Friday night, with the finals night this Saturday, March 22, at 8pm.

This year’s winner will also receive the Margaret Evans memorial cup as well as joining the illustrious list of former winners Pauline Beattie and Raymond Stubbs.
