Leading the way were Antrim Rovers, who featured in a remarkable 10-goal thriller as they shared the points with Cookstown RBL.

Wakehurst Strollers 5, Ballyclare North End 1: David Calderwood put Strollers ahead on 14 minutes and the same player doubled his and his side’s lead on 50 minutes.

Kenny Howe reduced the deficit for North End, only for Philip Cunningham to restore Strollers’ two-goal advantage and late goals from Timmy Cunningham and Peter Thompson put the gloss on Wakehurst’s victory.

Ballynure OB ‘B’ 2, Clough Rangers Athletic 4: Two goals from Ross Steele put Clough two up with just over half an hour played.

Further goals from Mark Egerton and David McClintock put the game beyond Ballynure, but they responded with a brace of goals from Jonny Kane and Robert Watson to reduce the arrears.

First Carrickfergus OB 3, Antrim Rovers Swifts 3: Ryan Clawson scored on the 5th minute putting the old Boys in front then a second goal scored by Philip Crozier on the 7th minute made it two nil.

Jack McLean got a goal back for the Swifts on the 22nd minute and at half-time the Old Boys led by a goal.

Ryan Clawson converted a penalty for the Old Boys on the 67th minute and this scoreline remained until Owen McCartney scored for the Swifts on the 80th minute.
