Ballymena United open day this Saturday

The Ballymena United Open Day is always a popular event with people of all ages.

The club hosts its annual Open Day where it throws open its doors to the local community.

The event runs from 12 noon until 3pm, when the Sky Blues take on Bangor in a pre-season friendly.

New activities this year include a seven-a-side competition organised by Ballymena United Youth Academy, while the Fire Service will also be in attendance with a fire engine.

New Kukri club hoodies and rain jackets will be on sale.

Other activities include a BBQ and Refreshment Stall, a DJ, a Bouncy Castle and Giant Slide, Penalty Kick Competition for various age groups, a Nerf Wars game, a Tombola with lots of prizes, a Merchandise Stall (special one day sale, 20% off all current stock, excludes any new stock).

There will also be a chance to meet the players and get autographs and an opportunity to get a photograph with the County Antrim Shield.
