Brisk sales reported on tickets for big match

Tickets are selling well among Ballymena United supporters for Saturday’s Marie Curie Irish Cup final against Glenavon.

AT the time of going to press, club officials could not give an exact figure on the number of tickets sold so far but it expected that United will come close to selling their full allocation of tickets for both the South and West (Kop) stands at Windsor Park.

Tickets, priced at £15 for adults (£8 concessions), are on sale this week from the following outlets:

Tickets will also be on sale at the Showgrounds on: Tuesday April 29 (7pm-9pm); Thursday May 1 (7pm-9pm).

Supporters who have pre-ordered Cup Final shirts are asked to collect them today (Tuesday 29th April) between 7 and 9pm in the Des Allen Suite. Anyone unable to attend that night can collect their shirt at McIlrath Solicitors, Ballymoney Road, this Wednesday or Thursday from 9am to 5pm.

Extra carriages are to be added to the train carrying United supporters to the match due to the phenomenal demand.
