Carniny Youth boys enjoy Portugal trip

Carniny Youth Under-14s travelled to the Portuguese Algarve for a well earned break last week.

The boys were very well looked after by Gary Thomas who made everyone’s stay that little bit special.

Carniny played two games whilst in the Algarve and stepped up to the challenge on both occasions, despite going down 4-0 in the first game to Ferreiras.

In the second game, against Guia, the boys produced a superb performance to win 7-1 thanks to an Elliott hat-trick and doubles from Young and Little.

The management and parents from the under 14s would like to thank Donna McDonnell for all her hard work in all the fundraising and a special word of thanks to everyone who supported and contributed to the team.
