The Doury Road side secured a hard-fought 2-1 win against Cullybackey College, in a game which saw the team wearing their newly acquired kit, kindly sponsored by the RAF.

Flt Lt Dougal Gow and Sergeant Dave Lisley were both on hand to present the kit earlier in the day in school, allowing the team the opportunity to not only look very professional, but turn in a great display against their near-neighbours that same afternoon.

William Monaghan scored in the first half, only for Cullybackey to equalise with ten minutes of play remaining, but Dunclug had Kyle Mark to thank for the win, only on as a substitute, scoring directly from a corner.
