Milk Cup: Finals day fixtures in Ballymena borough

The showpiece day of the Dale Farm Milk Cup takes place on Friday with Ballymena once again taking centre stage.

The Warden Street Showgrounds will once again host the three age group finals in the main competition.

It promises to be another bumper attendance with local interest in the Junior and Elite sections, featuring County Antrim and Northern Ireland respectively, while perennial crowd favourites Manchester United are in the Premier decider against French club Vendee.

As well as that, though, there are also play-off games and finals in some of the other subsidiary competitions taking place at Clough and Broughshane.

Today’s fixtures in the borough are:

CLOUGH

11am - Junior Section - Dale Farm Bowl, third/fourth place play-off - Chivas Guadalajara v Japan FA Academy.

1.30pm - Premier section - Dale Farm Vase, third/fourth place play-off - County Londonderry v County Armagh.

BROUGHSHANE

11am - Junior section - Dale Farm Bowl, final - County Down v Motherwell.

BALLYMENA SHOWGROUNDS

4pm - Junior section - Dale Farm Milk Cup final - County Antrim v Corinthians

6pm - Elite Section - Dale Farm Milk Cup - Northern Ireland v Canada

8pm - Premier section - Dale Farm Milk Cup final - Manchester United v Vendee.
