Northend Ayr-borne!

WITH the Easter weekend upon us, the Belfast and East Antrim Youth Invitational League had no scheduled matches organised.

Northend United's U10 and U13 teams wasted no time and organised training sessions for Saturday in an effort to maintain their match competitiveness.

The U14 Team travelled to Belfast to play Grosvenor Youth in a South Belfast League match only for the referee to call the match off ten minutes before kick-off due to a waterlogged pitch.

With the McDonald’s League starting on Saturday 17th April, at the Ballymena Showgrounds, Northend United Youth Development Officer John Devlin will be fielding teams in each of the age groups.

Parents are asked to keep monitoring Northend’s webpage www.northendunitedyouthfc.co.uk for regular updates on this event.
