Supporters’ chance to quiz United manager

BALLYMENA United supporters are invited to an evening with new manager Glenn Ferguson, in the first of a regular series of events hosted by Supporters’ Liaison Officer Philip Simpson.

The meeting will be held on Thursday 1st March at 8.30pm in the Ballymena United Social Club with DJ Davy King firing the questions in his own unique style! All United followers are welcome to attend.

Members of the club’s Management Committee will also be on hand to answer questions and Company Secretary Neil Coleman feels this will be a worthwhile exercise; “Something we’ve been looking to improve in recent years is the club’s interaction and communication with our loyal supporters.

“The appointment of Philip as our Supporters’ Liaison Officer is a great starting point as he will be regularly reporting to the club about the views and opinions of our fans. This meeting will also give everyone a chance to meet Glenn Ferguson and find out more about his plans going forward.”

In a first for the club, the evening will be fully interactive over the internet with the club’s website team giving live updates via Twitter and supporters who are unable to attend can post their questions to be put to Glenn or the Management Committee.
