United Open Day a resounding success

Ballymena United Football Club has thanked the hard-working members of the BUFC Development Committee for organising and running Saturday’s successful Open Day at the Showgrounds.

The annual event once again proved popular with fans of all ages.

The club has thanked Don Stirling for sponsoring the trophies for the penalty kick competition and Philip Simpson for keeping goal in that competition.

Also the Northern Ireland Fire Service for bringing along a Fire Engine and Philip McBurney for arranging the attendance of the BUFC McBurney Transport lorry.
