Wakehurst Inver a tough test in cup

WAKEHURST'S hopes of getting a crack at facing one of the Carling Premiership's 'big guns' face a tough obstacle.

The Ballymena side will have to overcome Championship One side Larne in the opening round of the Co-operative Insurance Cup, after last week's draw.

For Ian Gregg's men, who finished second-bottom of Championship Two last term, a trip to Inver Park is a tough draw, with the tie to played on Saturday, August 21.
